Warp Speed Fat Loss diet was developed by Mike Roussell and Alwyn Cosgrove. It consists of a 28-day program where you are given interval training combined with a specially formulated diet. In order to get the best results for the program, the dieter should follow the program to the letter. Before you can start though, you have to be reasonably fit and used to exercise because it can be very exhausting and difficult to follow.
The program comes with a meal plan for the whole 28 day period. It also includes guidelines and a chart so you can make changes with the food you want to eat with foods you don’t from their meal plan and you can customize the meal plan to your liking instead of using theirs.
There are two versions of the program, the simpler version wherein you get to eat as much as you want and not follow their chart servings as long as you eat the same amount again in 2-3 hours making you consume food 6 times a day. The newer version has 3 diet plans each with its own meal plan to comply with – the high carb, normal carb and no carb.
Workout plans are also given. There are 3 types depending on what the dieter chooses; the normal one that most people follow, exercises that could be done at home and the extreme version where you are supposed to workout twice a day on specified days in a week.
