Fat Loss 4 Idiots is a diet program that says you could lose 9 pounds in 11 days. Although it has some similarities with other programs such as purposely confusing the body’s metabolism and plans, its optimum feature is it gives balance to both these aspects.
Within the 11 days of the program, your meal would consist of lean proteins, fruits and vegetables, fat from whole foods and some starchy carbohydrates. You could also use a diet generator if it serves you best. You would be eating 4 times a day at a maximum interval of 2 and ½ hours.
Then after the 11 day meal plan you get to cheat for 3 days meaning you could eat whatever you want! Afterwhich you have to go back to the 11 day meal plan to continue removing that fat. Exercise too is necessary for additional weight loss but not the strenuous type, around 30 minutes of minimal exercise everyday would do.
